Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 June 2026
Draft notice. These terms are a working draft and not legal advice. Bracketed values such as [ENTITY NAME] and [JURISDICTION] are placeholders to be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before this service is offered to the public.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GeMigJobb (the "Service"), operated by [ENTITY NAME], [ENTITY ADDRESS], [JURISDICTION]. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
GeMigJobb helps you discover and triage job postings from the Swedish public job bank (Platsbanken / Arbetsförmedlingen) using semantic search and AI assistance. Job postings, translations, and summaries are sourced and generated automatically and are provided for convenience. We are not affiliated with Arbetsförmedlingen, with any employer, or with the model providers we use.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Passes, payments, and access
Passes, not subscriptions. Access is sold as one-time passes, not recurring subscriptions. We currently offer two passes:
- a 200 SEK pass, and
- a 450 SEK pass with smarter models, higher quotas, and a larger usage allowance.
Validity. Each pass grants 2 months of access from purchase. There is no automatic renewal and you will not be charged again unless you buy another pass.
Usage allowance and quotas. AI-powered features (custom attributes, extension autofill, embedding search, agent runs and chat, and CV analysis) draw on a usage allowance tied to your pass, and are subject to rolling and periodic rate limits and quotas. We may apply per-user and platform-wide rate limits to keep the Service available for everyone.
Read-only on expiry or exhaustion. When your pass expires, or when you have exhausted its usage allowance, your account switches to read-only browsing: you can still view jobs and your saved data, but AI-powered and write actions are disabled until you purchase a new pass.
Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe. By purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and may include applicable taxes.
5. Refunds
Because a pass unlocks immediate access to AI-powered features that incur cost as you use them, passes are generally non-refundable once usage has begun. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under [JURISDICTION] law, including any statutory right of withdrawal. To request a refund or raise a billing issue, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL].
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including data-protection and anti-spam law;
- attempt to bypass usage allowances, rate limits, quotas, or access controls;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute job content or other platform data except as the Service intends;
- misuse the AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive content, or to submit job applications you are not genuinely making;
- probe, attack, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or
- access another user's account or private data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. AI output
AI features generate summaries, translations, assessments, and suggestions that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are not professional, legal, financial, or career advice. You are responsible for reviewing job postings at their original source and for any decisions you make, including any job applications you submit.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide (such as your CV, notes, and custom attributes). You grant us a limited licence to process that content to operate the Service, including sending it to our AI sub-processors as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to share any content you upload.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by [ENTITY NAME] and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it as permitted here.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these Terms. For material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date and take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [ENTITY NAME] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the pass giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under [JURISDICTION] law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION] (assumed Sweden), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION], unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [SUPPORT EMAIL], or by post to [ENTITY NAME], [ENTITY ADDRESS], [JURISDICTION].
